Discovery not processing an application

I am normally a huge promoter of Discovery Health, Credit Card, Vitality, etc. but this level of service is unacceptable. My boyfriend has joined Discovery and the paper work was sent through by his employer on the 6th of Jan. To date his application hasn't been processed - how can it take two weeks to process a basic application?! This is really unacceptable service! Please process his application today!
