Discovery not paying what is due

I have not received my Vitality cash back for months. After months of phone calls, emails, I have still not received my cash back. What is the problem? Why don't you want to pay what is due? I have 9 case reference numbers. I would imagine that this would be resolved by now!?!? *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
