Discovery not paying- that's a first (NOT)

6 months later and I am still trying to get Discovery to pay this. Between the Hospital, Radiology and Discovery no one communicates that there is a co payment or that Discovery is not paying for this. What is the point of the authorization department? They should actually call the member and confirm that they will be liable for the account. Infact Discovery does not call any member about anything. They just want money for pathetic service.

Despite the Doctor updating the codes for another UNRELATED problem... they still refused to accept the costs.

I have lodged a dispute and nothing came from that, just wasted my time. No one can actually solve my problem.

NO one is a problem solver just creators.
