Discovery not paying refund quickly

We had a Medical aid cover with Discovery, Discovery served us well, but became quite expensive with increases every year. We decided to move to another medical aid, and canceled the contract with them. Discovery did not stop the debit order, and they still subtracted R7985.00.

After mailing them and FNB, we have not managed to get a refund yet, and it has been 9 days. Discovery needs to prioritize the refunds as R8K is a lot of money causing serious cashflow issues for a household
