discovery not paying pmb conditions in hospital for child birth

discovery health, once again not paying pmb conditions for the birth of my second child as my wife had our child a week or two early and had to have a emergency c-section with the only available doctor on call, the same thing happened with my first born in 2011 and now in 2018 where you dont want to pay. sort this out please.
