Discovery not paying my claims
To Whom It May Concern,<br> <br> I've been a member with Discovery for years and also have Life policies with Discovery<br> <br> Recently my claims does not get paid by Discovery and the Health Professional demand payment from me<br> <br> The one is dated December 2014 and was supposed to be paid from my 2014 Medical Scheme which was NOT done<br> <br> Again I received another claim that was not paid for<br> <br> I need feedback on WHY this was not done<br> <br> I've send a query on the 14th April and to date not received any feedback<br> <br> This is not becoming a real problem<br> <br> My monthly medical contribution is in excess of R9000<br> <br> URGENT feedback is required<br> <br> Regards<br> Mr Prinsloo
