Discovery not paying for my MRI

Absolutely disgusted with discovery and them not wanting to pay for a MRI I had done over a year and a half ago which was denied me on a number of occasions and they keep giving me excuses and changing the reason8ng for not paying, Ive felt with a few different people from discover now and non being any help, I'm fully integrated with Discovery and after this and such a small amount to pay for I'm thinking of leaving discovery as a whole, they clearly couldn't care less, shocked
