Discovery not paying for Glucometer for diabetes

The Nappi code for the meter is ***. I need to collect it from the vaal mall branch dischem vanderbijlpark. Ref of last 2 useless interactions: *** ***. Most discovery persons I spoke to promised to call me back to provide updates and feedback...it NEVER happened.

I assume my next step will be the ombudsman(council for medical schemes).

Discovery doesnt have any urgency or willingness to assist, regardless that this can become a life threatening situation...and they will then be responsible for the consequences.
