Discovery not paying doctor visit

You have not responded to my complaint. You expect from me to know that I have to register the doctor from Medicross. YOU told me to go to a Medicross doctor. I did this and also asked the doctor if they cover Discovery Keycare Plus. They said they do all well no problem. But then you did not pay. We only found that out when we went to doctor again, longer than three months. We were then informed we have to inform Discovery about the doctor. Why were we never told that beforehand??? We cannot smell that we have to do that!!!! I then sent you the doctor practice number and doctor name, but still you do not pay the doctor. What is the problem?? It is a doctor that you cover, and you got everything, so why not pay??
