Pediatrician Total amount paid by us = R1100 Total claimed back by Discovery = R0? Why R0 paid back to me?

Neurologist Total Amount paid by Me = R3250 Total claimed back by Discovery = R686.20 Why only R686.20 paid back to me?

I am contributing R9000 a month on my medical aid, so i believe a reasonable explanation is required on why you do not cover my child's doctor costs?

A total amount of R4350.00 was paid by me for two consultations and discovery only cover R686.20. My next question will be, what's the use of paying R9000 on a medical aid which does not cover anything? I might as well cancel my medical aid and pay everything out of my pocket then and actually still save money.

You guys are happy to collect premiums month end, but when it comes to claiming back, there is nothing.
