Discovery not paying claim, even after approving the claim

I have an unresolved claim since 30 Aug 2021. Discovery promised to pay me by end of 2021. Still today nothing is paid and I don't receive any status updates. Whenever I call, they keep promising me that the claim has been approved and it just takes a while to process. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! I have not missed 1 debit order, but when Discovery owes me money, I don't get it. My case has been escalated 7 times and I even spoke to a manager who stated that my case should be resolved within 24 to 48 hours, with nothing happening. Discovery is just there to take people's money. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER GOING TO DISCOVERY
