Discovery not paying benefit offered.

Discovery claim to offer one NIPT scan based on the plan I am on. I have sent Discovery all documentation and have not heard anything since. I have further sent an email to the principal complaints officer. I have heard nothing. Discovery , please pay me out as per the benefit you claim to offer me on my current plan.
