Discovery not interested in your health

I took out a discovery medical aid, thinking it would met my medical needs. After a while I upgraded to what I thought was a better scheme. Delta plan. Now two years later, I need surgery, which cannot be done at their recommended hospital. So tough luck, I now cant have the operation. Why? 1. their hospital can not do the procedure 2. They wont let me have it done at another hospital unless I pay a copayment fee of R7000 I cant afford the payment, so no operation 3. their review board and staff you talk to say its not a financially viable solution, they are not doctors. 4. So I ask what can I do?? pay R7000. I cant 5. No-one can solve the problem, so no operation. Please people do not use this medical aid
