Discovery not honest

It is now many months that the download to a csv file is not working. The response is "We are working hard to solve the problem to give you the excellent service you expect." I have called the call centre. I have discussed it with the Discovery consultant. Both had no idea what I was talking about. Discovery should be ashamed because they are lying to their clients
