Discovery Not Holding Up To Their Side Of The Deal

Discovery promises (when signing up) that if you are unemployed, they will put you in the unemployed keycare income bracket, i.e. that your monthly premium is R290. They ask you to provide them with various documents to support this, which I HAVE. However, Discovery turns around and REFUSES to place me in this unemployed bracket, as I am unemployed and rather puts me in a higher income bracket so that I am forced to pay R830 per month. This is nonsense. I have given you all the proof that I am unemployed that you have asked for. You are offering something but then when members sign up, you change the story completely.
