Discovery? No thanks. Not like this.

New client...I have never witnessed such useless service from a "reputable" company of this size in my life. All the negative reviews below here are 100% accurate. While 'roping you in to join', the sales people promise all sorts of "benefits". Once you've signed/joined, that's where the service stops. Calls not returned, promises of "we'll get back to you" are just blatant lies. NO? Then prove me wrong, Discovery... And when someone finally DOES phone, its a new person, and you have to start all over. App is a total nightmare, and basically useless. I would seriously strongly consider these reviews before joining this company. I didn't. Its not what they say it is, or what 'older' customers used to be accustomed to. Its pathetic. A good chance for competitors to ramp up their service. And get more business. Like mine.
