Discovery....no help to its members

I needed to request for chronic benefits for 2 dependants on the medical aid. <br> I followed the process of going to my Designated \Discovery"GP to have the required documents completed.He requested bloods which paid from my savings. He charged consults for this which also paid from savings.( test done from the ***) . <br> The chronic benefit was approved on the 16/02/2015. I have now requested to have the tests that were approved from the chronic benefit reversed from my savings and paid from chronic treatment plan.<br> The first reply is NO as this was only approved from the 16/02/2015"
