Discovery - NO FEEDBACK OR HELP WORST SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENTS

<p>since last year october / november its been an uphill battle trying to get my medical aid to change my surname since ive been married </p> <p>i have thus called in asked to change this over and supp**** them with the marriage certificate as im still awaiting for my new id and passport doccuements - whcih i still havnt received yet from home affairs</p> <p>i called in and requested my plan to be changed - this they did within 24hrs and sent me new doccumentation and debit amounts for the upgraded plan very quickly - but still no new NAME CHANGE</p> <p>i am currently pregnant and scheduled in for the birth of my baby in two weeks time and all i would like is for a new card to be sent to me so that i can make a booking at the hospital beacause they are not accepting any of my records with my new surname and request a letter from my medical aid is needed or a new card in order to proceed SOMETHING SO SIMPLE AS A WARD TOUR CANT BE GRANTED DUE TO MY MEDICAL AID NOT COMPLYING WITH ME</p> <p>ive called in last week and spoke to a consultant who informed me that the marrige certificate needs to be sent in for change , i then recieved a confrimation email with the ref number ********** 539 after doingso </p> <p>in this time no one has called me back no one has informed me or advised me of changes or what else is needed - its another week that has gone by and yet still my surname remains unchanged and no help or call backs from my medical aid </p> <p>i have called in once again this morning ref ********** 891 and the consultatant advised me that i need my id and marriage certificate which i explained that no1has has contacted me its been a week and ive explained my situation that im awaiting my new doccuments from home affairs - and if i can open a bank account with my marriage certificate then changing my surname on my medical aid shouldnt be a problem taking into consideration that im giving birth in two weeks and consultatants i spoke to last week said marriage certificate is all i need to do a change over </p> <p> I called in once again and explained my situation that i have no id doccument yet but i have my marriage certificate AND ALL THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE IS MY SURNAME MY ID IS STILL THE SAME AND MY NAME ITS ONLY MY SURNAME </p> <p> </p> <p>I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE COULD COMMUNICTE THIS TO ME FROM THE START AND WHY NO ONCE CALLED ME OR SENT AN EMAIL </p> <p>I HAVE REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND CEO BUT AS PER USUAL THEY ARE TO BUSY TO TAKE MY CALL AND THE CONSULTANT SAID NO ONE IS AVAILABLE - HOW CONVIENENT OF THEM</p> <p>AS IM THE ONE HEAVILY PREGNANT AND WAITING FOR A NAME CHANGE SO I CAN BE ASSURED THAT MY MEDICAL AID WILL CHANGE MY NAME AND ALL WILL BE FINE DURING THE DOCCUMENTATION PROCESS OF OUR NEWBORN AND THAT THE HOSPITALS WILL BE ABLE TO PICK ME UP AND MAKE BOOKING S FOR A ROOM ASIM DUE IN 2WEEKS TIME AND KNOWING THAT I WONT BE ABLE TO DRIVE OR GO ANYWHERE FOR 6WEEKS AFTER THE BIRTH OF A NEW BORN BABY </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
