Discovery no assistance when attempting to call them or requesting call backs.

Discovery health dubbled my monthly payment and on numerous attempts to contact them the call either drops or there is no answers. Holding for between 17min-30 minutes then the call is dropped, after requesting a call back 4 times I am still waiting. After 2 weeks of being unable to get hold of them I am very disappointed and irritated with this poor service.
