Discovery needs to learn to Discover what is service excellence

Pathetic service. Waiting 3 weeks for a refund claim. Each time I have to relog the claim with no one getting back to me. Now 3 weeks later they want me to fill out other forms as they were *********** and couldn't tell me this 3 weeks ago. Worst of all you as the customer needs to call and followup as they won't inform you of any issues
