Discovery need to emplyed the unemplyed to answer their calls.

I need to query an exorbitant amount as levy for chronic medication . I am on executive. They take your money but don't pay! I called Discovery. Waited for ages. Told to call again and press chronic medication. Did this. Waited again then was cut off. I need to speak to someone but find it absolutely impossible to wait so long for someone to answer my call.
