Discovery NAPPI Codes incorrect - deliberately refuses payment of claims

Discovery Health has in my view become to big. A third doctor has now confirmed that while Discovery claims that NAPPI codes are incorrect and therefor not paying claim. All these doctors confirm that they have continued issues with Discovery nd that the NAPPI codes they use are not incorrect, they are published by Medprax. Months of issues with earing aids - the NAPPI codes approved according to Discovery proved to be NAPPI cdes for children's hearing aids. It was only after using HelloPeter platform that Discovery eventually confirmed that there was mistake on their side. While they tried to argue that it was an isolated case - it clearly is not. What makes it more frustrating is that the Council of Medical Aid Schemes whom I have reached out to responded to my complaint buy stating that the fact hat Discovery refuses or at best deliberately delayed payment of hearing aids as result of incorrect (which proved to be correct) NAPPI codes is not something that they consider which qualifies as a valid complaint. My conclusion - DIscovery is so bog that even oversight body supports them rather than consumer
