Discovery MSA Pay Out

Can somoene from Discovery please contact me, there has been no communication on the pay out of my MSA, after my membership has been cancelled on the beginning in May. It has been four months now, as stipulated in the cancellation confirmation. There aren't any claims whatsoever as i've never used my medical aid at all, not even for medication. and we urgently needs these funds.
