Discovery more concerned over protocols

I have changed plan options with Discovery from 2015 to 2016 and have a payback arrangement with them for a \claw back\" amount that I have adhered to since it started. I am already paying R4000 per month for a medical aid and therefore opted to pay an amount of R215 per month for 10 months to balance my monthly obligations. <br> <br> We submitted a pharmacy claim end of Feb which is supposed to pay out of our MSA, without informing us Discovery decided to credit the \"claw back\" amount of 2015 with the 2016 claim. Why on earth then do we have an arrangement then??<br> <br> The follow-ups with Discovery was ********** to say the least, we have numerous auto replies. The wife tried to phone them which was a disaster, the consultant was still caught up in an old outdated address of 2009??<br> I eventually spoke to a supervisor that treated me with disdain, she had an attitude as if she is doing me a favour and kept referring to their protocols?? It would have been better to talk to a machine.<br> <br> Why make arrangements when you are going to change it? You ars not doing me a favour, I am paying for your services! "
