Discovery monthly contribution bull*

I also like multiple other people received a WhatsApp to say my monthly contribution wil increase by a R1600. I send my documents twice already and after holding on for a consultant I just got told that they only received my bank statements and not my other documents. Apparently they emailed me to notify me which is a lie as I I only received the confirmation mail after I send it. So now I send it again but got told that this high fee will still be deducted. I need this sorted out immediately I promise you if you take this amount after I send you all the info there is going to be Hel to pay
