Discovery money-making scheme

Discovery unfair and unreasonable.

Let me paint the picture: we recently relocated back to SA from the UK and is fortunate the my employer offer health cover with Discovery, not compulsory but the only provider they will cover as a cost to company. So here I am filling in all 2003 pages of the form, which I can understand, only for them to come back and say we will be paying a penalty for not having had SA medical cover and also a 3 month waiting period, just for a laugh.

So in essence we are being punished for something we had no control or choice over, although we had the NHS in the UK which works on pretty much the same principles and they happily take the 3 months installments for doing zip. I suppose they have to pay their execs bonus somehow, but to blatantly use a money making scheme penalty like this is shocking.

Just another example of computer says no without really looking what is in front of them?

Seriously disappointed and I was considering using them for car and house cover, well that is not happening that I can tell you, they don’t need anymore of my hard earned.
