Discovery you are sick money hungry heartless animals! And i regret the day i ever signed up with you as I'm sure many many people do as well. I have been struggling to get specialist authorization since May 😡. Every single time I submit my forms for authorization I am told that my doctor needs to submit the PMA form, which my doctor submits. I am then told that review from the board takes four days. But conveniently my doctor will always be asked to submit the form 4 days before my appointment, so that Discovery can use the excuse of "feedback from the board takes 4 days". You animals are shameless and people should be very weary of signing up with you disgusting *******. I have tried getting authorization for 7 times now ... only for the same thing to keep happening over and over again. You animals are disgusting and it seems like a person will never get help from you....all you can do is just deduct money from my account every month without any assistance....so *** is the point of medical aid? I am sick of you Discovery. ****en shameless. I will advise every simple person to please never sign up with discovery. All they do is debit your account. Nothing more. They also keep declining my authorization on the premise of a "pre existing condition" which my doctor has verified with them multiple times that I definitely don't have any pre existing conditions. You are sick for doing this every single time. Truly regret the day I ever signed up with you. May karma be your portion for treating people this way
