Discovery Missing Funds

All these years I always thought that Discovery Health is one of the best Medical Aids in South Africa. But to my disappointment, I found out that they will not pay anything.

I joined Discovery in 2023, went to hospital because of hernia I had. All paid, all good. But when I wanted to claim for the doctor I saw before my procedure, they said all my funds were dried up. I couldn't go to a normal GP either or claim for medicine, over the counter nor prescription. I went to a dentist early last year, where I should have had coverage for dentist visits nothing was paid to the dentist either. I called them after that, sending invoices to Discovery but all feedback I always got was that all my funds were used up.

How was it possible that all my funds were used up within a few months, paying every month but refusing to cover or pay for anything. Now, they want the final month's premium? For what? Discovery is useless, I can't just throw money in the water, paying but can't claim for anything.
