Discovery Miles Thievery
My Discovery Miles were removed from my account. According to the terms they are valid for 5 years. I have logged multiple queries via the Discovery web platform and have received no feedback even though an agent has rep**** and assured a 3 - 5 day turnaround.
Other than this that has fallen through the cracks, I am satisfied with Discovery's services overall.
