Discovery Miles Day Limit - Disappointed!

I've been saving my discovery Vitality miles for many months to use at Lood, to buy watercolor, only to find out that now there is a day limit per user. How ironic, I have enough points, but I still cannot afford it. What was I saving for. So disappointed.
