Discovery messing around with Claims payment

hi Peter<br> please assist,, I am a member of Discovery Health for a long time now.<br> Recently I have made cash payments for medications and doctors visits , and have forwarded Discovery a number of claims and the receipts so I can get my cash back.<br> Its months gone by now and all I get from the claims dept is excuses saying the receipts are not clear or fonts are too small. This I do not believe because what I am sending to Discovery I have copies off and these are clear as water.<br> The claims departments is very unprofessional in the service levels and been with Discovery for that many years I should not be getting such a low service level.<br> my premiums are up to date and never late and huge amount as well , I don't deserve this service level.<br> <br> Discovery ***<br> <br> <br> Regards<br> Unhappy Member<br> <br> D Pillay
