Discovery Mental Health Program with SSRI Medicine benefits.

Extremely poor unsatisfied service with my Mental Health claim from Discovery. It's now nearly a month that Discovery try and resolve my declined Mental Health claims for the last 3 months. The Relationship Managers and customer service are not well informed and trained with the Mental Health Program benefits. I logged claims and send emails explaining to them about the Mental Health Program benefits. I also send emails to the Discovery Principal officer but thats also a waste of energy and time. I believe that this so called "Discovery Mental Health Program" is **** news because no one in Discovery sound if they know about the benefits. I've got lots of reference numbers and correspondence from Discovery where they promised to rectify the declined SSRI claims within 2 working days. Believe me it's now 30 days! My last reference numbers received are: *** *** *** ***

My adviced to Discovery members are to stay far away from the Discovery Mental Health Program! It's ****! Only the Discovery GP who enrolled me received a huge amount for the registration!

My daughter who was also enrolled on the same Mental Health Program, on they same day, experienced the same claims frustration with lots of reference numbers but no claims payments. Her Membership no is ***. In her case only the Discovery GP was only paid for the registration enrollment. Her SSRI Claims was also declined.

I'm beyond fedup with this issue!
