Discovery Mental Health Care Programme 1 big JOKE!

I contacted Discovery because my teenager son is depressed and suicidal. I was told to take my son to a psychologist and then Discovery will add him onto Mental Health Care Programme.

After the consultation the psychologist called me to inform me that Discovery did not pay the consultation.

I then completed the forms to apply for the benefit and took it to the doctor to complete.

I was informed by Discovery that this benefit was declined. I then spoke to a Richie at Discovery who was not very helpful. I'm trying to figure out how to get my son onto this Benefit and the only thing Richie could answer was that the psychologist must call them. I fail to understand how Discovery cant give me the details and why a busy Psychologist must take her time to call Discovery and sort this out.

At same stage Richie said that the ICD-10 code supp**** by the Psychologist was incorrect and that Anxiety is not a PMB. Again I dont who how I can resolve this. My son suffers from Major depression and I honestly dont understand why Discovery makes it so difficult for their member.
