Discovery membership number : *** complaint

<p>I am very unhappy with the current service regarding my chronic medication. Discovery send me a letter regarding my chronic benefit application Ref number : ********** 429 that says the Camcolit 400mg Tab has been approved for my Bipolar mood disorder and the medicine is listed on the medication list will be covered to full up to the scheme Medicine Rate. But when I went to the pharmacy they said that discovery don’t pay for it. The second problem that I have yet was an application for Chronic Medication for chronic medication letter dated on 1 October 2015 Ref number ********** 610 hat my Lamicton 50 MG Tab was also approved till the amount of R270. So far I could have collected every month than when I want get my meds at the pharmacy Discovery don’t want to pay for it because the medical savings is exhausted . But in both these cases and Lamicton was no problem getting it from the pharmacy so why no suddenly. Being approved and you do not pay for it.
