DISCOVERY / MEDXPRESS = CLUELESS + DONT HELP + DONT ANSWER + DONT CARE

I submitted my chronic medication order on the Discovery App Wednesday 15/09/21 and should have had it delivered by Friday 17/09/2021. The delivery didn’t come yet the App said it has been dispensed! I ran out of my chronic meds on Saturday and thank my lucky stars I managed to find one stray pill to keep me going for Sunday BUT now it’s Monday and I still have absolutely zero meds! I have epilepsy and on the verge of an epileptic fit if I don’t take my medication! I’ve been sending queries since this weekend and throughout today by the App / Email / Call Centre I even reached out to their Facebook page! Nothing! No answers! No one to help! All I get is “here’s your reference number” “you should be contacted in a day” “it takes 24 hours for queries to be attended to” “our MedXpress team will provide further intervention” !!! Why must I be in this position to beg and plead to get my meds delivered as a matter of urgency?!?!?! I’m not in a position to drive to the pharmacy to go get them hence I rely on this service! What’s the point of offering MedXpress if you closed the dedicated Call Centre for it? Who is the responsible party to look after queries and track orders ??? Because it certainly isn’t anyone who works for Discovery Health because none of those people I’ve been in contact with knows what the hek is going on! I’m done, you mess with my health then I move on to another provider who actually cares about it. This is not a game Discovery!!! Epilepsy is NOT A JOKE for your automatic responses and customer service agents to be giving me a scripted answer of “I’ll be contacted in a day”! NO empathy!!! Washing my hands of you. Shocking!!!!!
