DISCOVERY MEDICAL USLESS

<p>I was on a company medical aid with Discovery. I left the company in July 2016. I send all the paper work to Discovery to take over the medical plan as private. For the last 4 months now I have battled with customer care over the phone to get my medical plan on my name. For some reason nothing is happining. They cant find my paper work and now they recon me that I must reapply for the medical aid scheme. In the mean time while If been fighting with them my wife got pregnant and they are not going to cover the birth of the baby. I even spoke to them over the phone to change the plan to another plan but still nothing has happend. I think its unfair to me and my wife for them being so *********** and stupid. I need my medical aid fixed and I want them to cover my babies birth. All they recon is they cant help me and i must reapply. Im still waiting for a manager to phone me back after 3 weeks now. USELESS!!!</p>
