Discovery medical suspends account because my 74 year old father is 2 days late on payement

I am so disappointed and so disgusted at Discovery. My father calls me to tell me that he didn't have enough money for the discovery medical aid (about R 7000) due to the lock down and it bounced back the debit order. He phoned them today to tell them that he has the money to pay them, only for them to say that even if he pays, the account is suspended for 2 months. Im shocked, absolutely shocked. After all these years of religiously paying them hundreds of thousands of Rands, this is the loyalty you get back. I am definitely going to Cape Talk and other media outlets about this.
