Discovery medical services refunds

Normally very happy with their services, BUT when it comes to refunds, my dear lord, if you do not lay on their necks, you get no satisfaction, even when you phone in repeatedly, it is as if the finance department does not care to do their job, never mind do it correctly or pronto. Absolutely terrible! I am now in the third week of waiting!
