Discovery Medical Scheme Approval O2 at Home Department have no concern for my wife.

I have submitted by wife's application Membership number and promised to revert back to my today and they still have not I have sent all paper work reference allocated a reference number ***. Their call centre just keeps you on line for 45 minutes. I have e-mailed *** today again obtained reference number as cited above and no response. Stanton promised me in 4 working hours at 11h22 today that Oxygen Approvals would make a decision. The silence is deafening.This is no medical aid this is a PR company that never answers its phone. If my wife passes away I will hold them responsible.
