Discovery medical robbing game

My wife uses discovery medical, we consulted a specialist and paid R2200 cash because they demanded cash and told my wife to claim later with discovery. Upon claiming, something very weird happened. Discovery claimed that they don’t reimburse money paid to doctors in cash and went on to process the claim deducting money from my wife’s medical savings *** was deducted then a percentage of that is reimbursed into the account. At the end the account sits with less money than before the claim. This is pure ********** processing or the person handling the claim erred completely. Either Discovery medical was not supposed to process the claim if they don’t reimburse money or her savings account was supposed to benefit from the claimed amount or whatever portion Discovery would reimburse given it may never be at 100% rate. I hope someone educated can explain this occurrence as it doesn’t make any methamatical sense. One cannot make a claim to end up with a loss- simple as that!
