Discovery Medical Review Team

My wife needs to be admitted to Hospital for a procedure. The Gynaecologist forwarded a motivation letter to why she needs to be hospitalised. The procedure cannot be performed in his office. The Discovery Health Medical Review Team, feels that this type of procedure is not hospitalisation . This "team" decides, not on the health and well being of the patient and their clients but what works best for Discovery. I have been a member of Discovery for over 19 years and this is just ridiculous.
