DISCOVERY MEDICAL IS VERY DISAPPOINTING

I went to Dischem to Click’s to get chronic medication for my boy and was told DISCOVERY were offline and I cannot be assisted unless I use cash out of my pocket, I called the Discovery call centre number multiple times, dololo no answer either, it’s 20h00 now and now I have a sick child with no meds even though I have put him on Discovery medical aid and mind you I do not miss any payments, I’m very disappointed with the service or lack there off from Discovery medical aid.
