Discovery medical is the worst

In for a procedure in the hospital which was authorized by discovery on the 6th with a full doctor's report photo and motivation. A legion or liporma on my neck and back that grew 16cm by 24cm. Got a call now at 11am on the brink of the procedure by the call center saying that they not happy with the doctors letter and are withdrawing the authorisation 1hour before the procedure. What do they now expect a patient to do. Paying these ****** for more than 10 years. Don't support company's that don't have ethics in their policy and decisions
