Discovery Medical, I nearly died.

Following a review I made on 07 Feb. Discovery called me on 11 Feb and said that my medical aid card will be delivered in 7 working days. Today I had to follow up on my own again with my own cellphone expense only to find out that my card was printed on 22 Feb and it will only be couriered today.

So since 01 Dec 19. I have been following up, providing alternative addresses in case its the address that has a problem, being put on hold for minutes and wasting my damn airtime for nothing and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CARD!

Here's the nice part right, I went to consult with a doctor using my Membership number and guess what? The doctor couldn't even help me because dololo card. Maybe I should've just died knowing that I'm paying a monthly premium for mahala!!
