Discovery Medical Health is Trash

My previous employer was paying for my medical aid, and when I left, I asked discovery to switch to personal capacity. It's been over three weeks trying to change my medical aid to a personal capacity, and now I'm currently not covered because of their lack of passion for people's health. They asked me to make a payment before the transfer could be done. I did all that, and guess what?
