Discovery Medical Don't Care - Gross Negligence - Missing Critical Cancer Treatment because of lax Discovery Medical Aid Staff

Shockingly bad service from Discovery Medical Approval - Agent Tammy Naidoo. Missing my critical cancer treatment just before my stem cell transplant because Discovery just don't care to send the letter so I can get my AL funding and my treatment.

More than 3 WEEKS to send a letter and that is after logging call, sending emails, DAILY case manager from oncology phoning Discovery and Discovery promising to send the letter and don't send anything.

This is gross negligent at its worst. Is discovery trying to kill off their patients. I now understand what I have heard so many times in hospital these last couple of months - "If you are on Discovery, you will discover just how little you matter"
