Discovery medical claim backs a Nightmare!!!
The process to put in a claim to discovery in order to get your cashback for medical aid is a NIGHTMARE!!!! They look for stupid excuses NOT to process it. the latest is they can't see the document which is a downloaded PDF copy from my bank to show proof of payment, how more clearer can you get.
