Discovery Medical bad service
In May 2023 I joined Discovery Medical Aid. When I joined I had a cough and they put me on a 12 waiting period to claim for anything related, I disclosed all known medical issues that I have. On 25 Sept 2023, I went to the ER due to severe pain from piles. They assisted in ER but when the doctor wanted to admit me in hospital they rejected the admission or hasn't send through the authorization. I must either pay cash for the admission or go home with all the pain and see if I might get authorization on Tuesday the 26 Sept.
