Discovery medical aid where you have credit but no medical aid

Absolutely terrible medical aid to deal with! They have no idea what is going on and no idea when and where payments are allocated! Then your medical aid is active and 7 days later you get sms you 32k or 3 months in arrears!!!!! Phoned this morning again and same story the team leader told consultant i must send bankstatements! For what??? I have emailed proof of payments how many times and still discovery has no clue whats going on! Now they tell me i am 16k in credit??? O ja and i have to pay for okt 2024? Its not even Okt yet!!! So now i have to go for a scan and pay again out of my own pocket and send discovery the invoice and it will take another 4 weeks for discovery to refund me! I want a full statement frl. Discovery seeing i dont agree with them and i will have to do there work showing the payments! How can a business like discovery be so *********** ??? How many times do i need to send proof of payments????????????
