discovery Medical Aid What a Joke

<p>Discovery Medical aid is the biggest Joke and Quite frankly I want to cancel my medical aid with them with Imidiate Effect , I need to go in for my wisdom Teeth to be taken out and only to phone discovery and after everything they Tell me i Need to pay R 4800.00 for hospital fees for the extraction that will take +- 1:30 to 2 hours to do</p> <p>i thought that Taking a Scheme that is one of the Best and one That i pay a hell of alot for that small things like this would be covered only to be told that Sir if there were 1 milion people wanting to do the same proceedure at the same time and discovery had to cover R 4800.00 per person they wouldnt be able to sustain the business or the scheme 1: why would their be 1 million people wanting to do wisdoms at the same time</p> <p>2: this excues is Poor and highly un professional</p> <p>i quite frankly dont give a flying rats **** about the 1 million other people , i care that i am paying a substancial amount a month for medical aid (THAT IS WHY WE HAVE MEDICAL AID SO IF ISSUES LIKE THIS ARRISE WE ARE COVERED ) but is seems Like DISCOVERY dont care about customers yet only for lineing their own pockets</p> <p>I am highly dissapointed and i will make sure whoever i come into contact with i tell them what **** service they can expect and tell them they waisting their money and time</p> <p>as soon as i can cancel my plan with Discovery and I will do in a Heart beat</p>
